GUIDELINES FOR PAPER SUBMISSION

Please read the submission rules before submitting your full papers.

  1. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission
  2. The presenting author must be listed as the first author
  3. Submitted full paper should include non-published data
  4. All papers should be submitted and presented in English
  5. All papers accepted for presentation will be published on the Conference website prior to the Conference.
  6. Presenters whose paper are accepted are expected to submit a full paper in the format of a research report.
  7. Please note that all correspondence will be addressed to the submitting author. For ease and clarity, we therefore advise that the ‘presenting’ author is listed as the ‘submitting author’.
  8. Full Paper cannot be edited after final submission.

GUIDELINES FOR PAPER SUBMISSION

  2. Please submit your full paper through http://epaper.uasc.ugm.ac.id/users/login/
  3. Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.
  4. After sign in select my conference and choose 11th IGSSCI 2021
  5. Go to My Paper Submission 🡪 select new new submission and submit your full papers in .doc/.docx format

You will get email (LoA) for full paper to be presented on 11th IGSSCI 2021

The video recording guide is as follows:

  1. Log in to your Zoom account by clicking https://zoom.us/signin. If you do not yet have an account, you can sign up through https://zoom.us/signup and follow the instructions
  2. Start the meeting by clicking Host a Meeting, select With Video On.
  3. Click Launch Meeting Home, then tap New Meeting. Please make sure that your audio is on by unmuting your microphone.
  4. Open your PowerPoint presentation file
  5. Click Share Screen to show your PowerPoint presentation
  6. Select Record, and you can start presentation for 10-12 minutes
  7. Tap Stop to end your presentation.
  8. Click End to close your meeting
  9. After the meeting has ended, Zoom will convert the meeting recording so you can access the files
  10. Once the conversion process is complete, the folder containing the recording files will open.
  11. By default, the video file (MP4) will be named Zoom_0.mp4. Please rename it into “IGSSCI Conference – Your Name”.
  12. Send the file to the following link: http://ugm.id/SUBMITVIDEOIGSSCI or send to email igsci@ugm.ac.id before March 20, 2021
