Payment
Procedure
An invoice will be emailed to you after your Abstract has been accepted or (if you are not presenting) after you have registered.
Make the payment via ATM/Teller/eBanking. The exact amount stated on the invoice should be paid.
We will verify your payment within 1–2 business days.
Terms and Conditions
- The registration fee covers seminar materials, lunch, morning and afternoon teas, certificate, attendance of all sessions.
- The registration fee covers one participant only. Multiple authors who are attending must register separately, and those who are not presenting should register as a non-presenter.
- An invoice will be generated after your Abstract has been accepted.
- Payments are nonrefundable.
- Payments can not be made in cash; they must be via bank transfer.
- Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
- At least one author for each accepted full paper must register.
- For multiple author papers, 1-2 can register as presenter(s) and the others register as participant(s).
