  1. International dan National Presenters : IDR 500.000,-

  2. UGM Students and Faculty: IDR 250.000,-

   Fee for Non-Presenters

  1. Participants (Non-Presenters): IDR 150.000,-

Payment
Procedure

An invoice will be emailed to you after your Abstract has been accepted or (if you are not presenting) after you have registered.

Make the payment via ATM/Teller/eBanking. The exact amount stated on the invoice should be paid.

We will verify your payment within 1–2 business days.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The registration fee covers seminar materials, lunch, morning and afternoon teas, certificate, attendance of all sessions.
  2. The registration fee covers one participant only. Multiple authors who are attending must register separately, and those who are not presenting should register as a non-presenter.
  3. An invoice will be generated after your Abstract has been accepted.
  4. Payments are nonrefundable.
  5. Payments can not be made in cash; they must be via bank transfer.
  6. Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
  7. At least one author for each accepted full paper must register.
  8. For multiple author papers, 1-2 can register as presenter(s) and the others register as participant(s).
